A beautiful theme I must say. I'd like you all to take part.

What I heard about this was, Its titled the Write 50 Reason's Why You Love Yourself Challenge, I created it to help people to remind themselves that they need to learn to love themselves, even when self-hatred is at its peek.

I challenge you to write 50 reasons why you love yourself. Number the entries and start them all with, "I love myself because..." The reasons can be about anything, but you should think about 50 reasons you love yourself after being bullied. Sometimes after such experiences, it's hard to think of why you love yourself, and that's why this challenge was created. It'll boost your self-esteem and make you realize what a beautiful person you really are
